☆ You must provide clear references of the character such as: preferred pose, facial expression and reference photo of the character. (Visual references preferred)☆ Will not be drawing: underaged nsfw, heavy furry, heavy gore/abuse☆All payments MUST BE MADE, BEFORE I WILL BEGIN COLORING. (Basically, no payment, no commission)☆I require HALF PAYMENT FOR FIRST TIME CLIENTS to avoid scams.☆ Do not pay me unless I already send a paypal invoice or you use Ko-fi/Gcash to pay.☆ Payment should be confirmed and paid upfront via PAYPAL/ KO-FI/ GCASH only.☆ You are free to use your commission for PERSONAL USE ONLY. All artworks done for personal use will have artists' watermark.☆ I have the rights to post personal and/or commercial commission on my social media account of choice.☆ Additional payment if you are going to use my artwork for commercial purposes. Artists' logo may or may not be removed depending on artist/client agreement.☆ All commissions are given in digital-art form. (.jpg, .png, .gif) I do not ship hard copies of my art.☆ Time Estimates
Sketches: 1-2 days
Painted Sketches: 2-3 days
Color Painted: 5-10 days☆I reserve the right to turn down commissions.
♡COMMERCIAL COMMISSIONS ♡
☆ Base price starts at 180 $ | 8,000 PHP(Price varies depending on the complexity and customization that the client wants, feel free to talk and negotiate to me. Intl. client should handle Paypal handling fee 10-20$ for digital goods only)☆ I reserve the right to refuse any work I feel does not follow the outline here in our Terms of Service.☆ On any contribution for magazine or book use, I shall receive name credit in print.☆ This contract constitutes the sole agreement between me and the client regarding this project. It becomes effective when purchase is completed. Both parties warrant that they have read and understand the terms set forth in this agreement. Both parties ascertain that they will make a good faith effort to abide by the terms set forth herein. The action of purchasing and accepting the terms of agreement via electronic method will hold both parties in acceptance of these terms.☆ I retain ownership and copyright of all original artwork, whether preliminary or final. I have the right to credit myself as the artist and use it for portfolio purposes. In this commercial agreement, I include a licensing fee within this cost for the commissioner to reproduce for resale and commercial purposes the completed artwork in an un-limited number for an unlimited time.
